Please enter in your Order Number in the field above to track your UPS or FedEx package. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Your Order Number is the 6-digit number given to you at the end of the order process and in the subject of your order confirmation email. If you've received a shipping confirmation email but no real information is coming up or it appears to be invalid, please wait a few hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email as it may take UPS and FedEx sometime to be fully updated.
 

 

You will receive a USPS Confirmation Number once your order has shipped. This number can be used to verify shipment and delivery of your package on USPS' wesbite.

All APO/FPO packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Currently, this confirmation does not allow you to track your package during transit. If you did not receive an email from us, there may be a chance that your email address was entered in wrong or the email was filtered out of your inbox. Q: I've tried to Track my package but no real information is coming up or it appears to be invalid. What do I do?
A: Please wait a few hours after you receive your Tracking email as it may take UPS, FedEx or USPS sometime to be fully updated. If you received a Tracking email, your order has been shipped.

 

Q: I believe I placed an order but I received no Order Confirmation or Tracking Number. What do I do?
A: Order confirmations and Tracking information emails are automatically sent via email. If you did not receive an email from us, there my be a chance that your email address was entered in wrong or the email was filtered out of your Inbox. You can visit our Contact Us Page for further assistance.

 

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 business hours of receipt unless received after 12:00PM PST, in which case they will be processed the following business day (Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. ComputerEmporium.net will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines). Please note that our warehouse does not ship on Weekends and Holidays.

Q: Will I be able to Track my package once my order is shipped?
A: Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with directions on how to track where your package is during its shipment.

Q: How long will my package take to get to me?
A: Once an order has been processed, the Transit Days are as follows:

The courier for your package will have an estimated arrival date for your package. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item. Please note that Weekends and Holidays are not considered Transit Days. Please take this into account when selecting the Shipping Method.

Q: Do you ship to APO and FPO Military Addresses? And how do you ship to APO and FPO Military Addresses?
A: Yes, we gladly support our troops. Since our system cannot calculate shipping charges to APO and FPO addresses, we will notify you of the USPS Priority Mail shipping charges in a separate email after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that we will not charge your credit card until you agree with the shipping charges by replying to that email.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: Yes we do. When placing your order please select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as the shipping method. These are the only methods available to us, to ship a package to your location.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: We accept International orders from Canada and Puerto Rico. All orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be notified of shipping charges in a separate email. ComputerEmporium.net will not ship orders without customers' agreement on shipping options and/or charges. Orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be subject to higher shipping & insurance rates, as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes. All such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Other common international carriers may be used, however, all arrangements and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer and to the satisfaction of ComputerEmporium.net. Any and all transactions must be made in U.S. funds only. ComputerEmporium.net makes no claims or representations regarding warranties, compatibility, or service availability for any product shipped outside the continental U.S.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, our couriers are not able to ship to PO Boxes. A physical address will be required for all orders. Please note that if a PO Box is entered into the shipping address, the order may experience a delay in processing and/or the package may experience a delay in delivery.

Q: Do you accept Will Call pickups?
A: Currently, we do not have the facilities for local customers to come by and pick up items but we do hope to be able to provide this service to our customers soon. Right now, by placing an order with us though, you are guaranteed to have your package arrive in speedy manner since our warehouse is located close to you.
